So many devices, so many email accounts, so many social media options; so little attention. Never before have we been so disconnected. I found myself in a meeting with 8 people who could not put their phones down. No matter how ‘on point’ we think we are, we can only give 100% to 1 thing at a time; it’s just math, not up for debate.

When we are meeting with someone (business or personal) we owe it to them and, more importantly, to ourselves to be there; be engaged; 100%. Be present.
